Featuring a highly robust, IP54 Weather Resistance, along with intuitive control, the Godox MG6K is the answer to every Gaffer, DP and Cinematographer’s dreams. The Godox MG6K has a CRI of 97+ and a TLCI of 97+, making it suitable for broadcast usage. It supports a plethora of professional control protocols, including DMX512 and LumenRadio CRMX, plus many more. It can also be controlled remotely using the Godox KNOWLED App via Bluetooth. Brighter Than a 6kW HMI

Despite being relatively compact and lightweight, the sheer brightness of the MG6K surpasses that of a considerably larger and heavier 6kW HMI. Since the MG6K is an LED light, it also has the advantage of being more energy-efficient and lights up instantly. No pre-heating required.

Exceptional Light Penetration Capabilities

When combined with the MGR15° reflector, the MG6K's optical efficiency is boosted considerably, with minimal light loss. This makes the brightness of the MG6K match that of a 6K Par light with a narrow lens, making it perfect for lighting over long distances.

Cinematic-Grade Parallel Light

When paired with the BeamLight Max60 or BeamLight Max90, the MG6K delivers a powerful 5° beam of cinematic-grade parallel light, offering superior optical efficiency for demanding production needs.

Colour Temperature Range of Up to 10,000K

Featuring a wide Colour temperature range, the MG6K can be adjusted anywhere between 2,800K and 10,000 K. This gives you the flexibility to either accurately match the colour temperature of the ambient lighting in your shooting environment, or to add mood and ambience to your shots. Green/Magenta Adjustment

As well as its wide colour temperature range, the KNOWLED MG6K also features ±100% Green/Magenta adjustment. This enables you to more accurately match the colours of other lights that may be on-set, allowing it to seamlessly integrate into mixed lighting scenarios, such as being mixed with HMIs or other types of fixtures. It also supports 0.1% precision dimming, ensuring smooth transitions and refined light control.

Efficient Cooling

Equipped with an advanced state-of-the-art air-cooling system together with an optimised structural design, the KNOWLED MG6K achieves a 75% improvement in heat dissipation efficiency. This helps to ensure that its internal temperatures can be efficiently regulated, even during prolonged shooting sessions under high load.

IP54 Weatherproof

The KNOWLED MG6K's Light Body and Controller box are IP54 certified.
