What is the Clearance Section?

The EssentialPhoto & Video Clearance section (While Stocks Last) is comprised of discontinued stock that will no longer be restocked on our website, generally due to factors such as the product's model age (especially if a newer model has been released!), there being an updated version of the same model, or if the product was an accessory of a now-updated item. 

Because of this, once a clearance item is sold out, that means it won't be coming back! Make sure to purchase any clearance items you'd like stock up on or replace before they're unavailable! 

All clearance items will state this in the product title, and most will have a discount applied to the product, which means that any discount codes such as our 10% welcome code or partner codes won't stack on top of any of these existing clearance offers. 

The clearance section does not feature faulty or returned goods, and all clearance items are still brand new units! For second-hand units, please see our Pre-Loved Section with condition grading. 

What Warranty Cover comes with Clearance items?

Clearance items unfortunately aren't covered by our 24 month warranty like most of our standard stock lighting units, and instead have a standard 3 month Warranty policy that covers manufacturer faults and defects.  

Any spare parts listed in our Clearance section will have 2 months warranty.

What is the Clearance Returns Policy?

All the Pre-Loved and Clearance Products receive a 14-Day Returns Policy. You are entitled to cancel the order and return the goods within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price of the goods to the method of payment used.

Missing original packaging or damage to the item(s) returned may result in the amount due to be refunded being affected.

What do I do if the items I want are discontinued and out of stock?

If you're ever looking to replace old equipment that we've since discontinued and sold out of, you're not completely out of luck. 

Firstly, check our Pre-Loved Section. This may include the item you're after if it's been returned and listed as separate Pre-Loved stock, or if it has been ex-demo kit. Please note, our Pre-Loved section also carries a 3 month warranty and 14 day returns period.

If we still don't have anything available, get in touch with our team on our website LiveChat or via email with the preferred specs or features of the product you wanted, and our team will be able to find some alternative (in stock) products for you that will fit the bill!
