When purchasing DigitalFoto products from EssentialPhoto & Video, you receive up to a standard 1-year warranty cover that covers manufacturer and electrical faults and defects. This does not cover damage or wear-and-tear.

What Returns Policy is on DigitalFoto Products?

Our standard EP&V returns policy applies for DigitalFoto products bought from www.essentialphoto.co.uk, wherein you have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to request a return with our team. Once approved, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us for a full refund. 

Please note the item must be unused and returned with original packaging and contents to be eligible for the full refund.
