Changes to our T&Cs and Return Policy

We've made some changes to our Terms and Conditions and Returns Policy which have come into effect from 00:00am GMT (+01:00) on 1st October 2025. We've listed some of the important changes below with some information on how this may affect you. 

Changes to our Returns Policy

All physical products purchased via essentialphoto.co.uk (with the exception of non-returnable Custom products) are now subject to 14-day returns in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To process a return, you must request this return within 14 days of receipt of the item, either via written request or Returns Form submission. You then have a further 14 days from notice of return to ensure these items are delivered or dropped back to our warehouse, for a total of 28 days allowed for the entire return process.
 
Returns requested after the 14-day period may be rejected and ineligible for return.

 
How this affects you
Any purchases made on or before 1st October 2025 will remain covered by the original terms and returns policy as advertised when sold. Any purchases made from 1st October onwards will be subject to the new returns policy, with no exceptions.
