The AD-S15 Metal Protection cap is designed for use with the Godox AD180, AD200, and AD360 Series as well as the PiXAPRO PIKA200 Series, and Hybrid360 Series bare-bulb flashes. It is designed to protect the delicate flash tube against any knocks and bumps that it might endure during transit, which could otherwise result in the flash tube breaking, rendering your flash unusable until the flash tube is replaced.
The AD-S15 features an all-metal construction, making it durable enough the absorb any impacts that your flashes may endure during the rigours of a professional photoshoot environment.
The AD-S15 Protection cap simply mounts to your bare-bulb flash via its bare-bulb modifier bayonet mount. This ensures that the cap is held securely in place, so it doesn’t accidentally fall off during transit.
