SwitMONET-700 700W RGBWW Professional Panel LED Light

The MONET-700 is a professional 2×1 RGBWW LED panel designed for broadcast studios, virtual production, live events and film sets where high output, flexible colour control and multiple control options are required.

Its lighting system combines 700W RGB, 700W warm and 700W cold LED arrays with SWIT CTDM time-division drive technology. This allows full-power output when working with pure red, green or blue light rather than substantially reducing available output in colour modes.

The MONET-700 delivers up to 20,000 lux at 1 metre and provides an adjustable colour temperature range from 2800K to 10,000K, together with ±1.00 green/magenta adjustment.

CCT, HSI, RGB, CIE, GEL and effects modes provide extensive creative control, while DMX-512, built-in LumenRadio CRMX reception, Art-Net and Bluetooth app control allow the fixture to integrate into both individual and networked studio lighting systems.

How it works / component breakdown

High-output 2×1 panel

The MONET-700 delivers up to 20,000 lux at a distance of 1 metre, providing substantial output from a 2×1 panel format.

Its diffused panel design provides broad, soft coverage suitable for illuminating subjects and larger studio areas without relying on a small, highly concentrated source.

Full-power RGB output with CTDM

The MONET-700 uses SWIT CTDM, or Color Light Time Division Multiplexing, technology.

Conventional RGB fixtures can reduce their available output when operating in saturated colour modes. The CTDM drive system allows the MONET-700 to provide 100% power when producing pure red, green or blue.

This is particularly useful when saturated colour is required without sacrificing a large proportion of the fixture's available output.

2800K–10,000K colour adjustment

The wide 2800K–10,000K colour temperature range allows the MONET-700 to move from warm tungsten-style illumination through daylight and into cooler colour temperatures.

Green/magenta adjustment of ±1.00 provides additional control when matching other fixtures, compensating for ambient sources or refining colour on camera.

Colour quality

3.5-inch colour LCD

A 3.5-inch colour LCD is built into the rear control panel.

The visual interface provides menu access and colour selection directly at the fixture, allowing settings to be adjusted without requiring an external controller.

DMX-512 control

Five-pin DMX input and output connections allow the MONET-700 to integrate with professional DMX-512 lighting systems.

DMX channel configurations can be selected for different operating modes, making the fixture suitable for both straightforward studio control and larger lighting setups.

Built-in LumenRadio CRMX

A LumenRadio CRMX receiver is built into the fixture, providing wireless lighting control without requiring a separate receiver to be attached to each MONET-700.

This can reduce cabling and simplify fixture placement on sets where running dedicated control cables is inconvenient.

Art-Net IP control

An Ethernet connection provides Art-Net IP control for integration into networked lighting environments.

This gives studios and larger productions another option for controlling multiple fixtures through an existing lighting network.

Bluetooth app control

The MONET-700 can be controlled over Bluetooth using the SWIT Console app for iOS and Android.

App control supports CCT, HSI, RGB and CIE modes, together with preset gels and lighting effects.

This provides convenient local wireless adjustment when a full DMX or Art-Net control system is unnecessary.

Quiet and silent operation

The MONET-700 provides a silent operating mode in which its cooling fans can be switched off.

A low-noise operating mode is also specified at 40dB.

These options are useful for sound-sensitive environments where fixture noise needs to be controlled during recording.

AC and DC power

PowerCON TRUE1 connections provide 100–240V AC input and loop output.

The loop output allows fixtures to be linked as part of a studio installation rather than requiring an individual AC connection to be routed independently to every light.

A 3-pin XLR 48V DC input provides an alternative power option for mobile lighting configurations.

Studio yoke

The supplied studio yoke provides both a 5/8-inch / 16mm baby pin female fitting and a 1-1/8-inch / 29mm junior pin male fitting.

This allows the MONET-700 to be installed on compatible lighting stands, studio hooks and pantograph systems.

Open-face accessory system

The MONET-700 uses an open-face accessory mounting system with quick-release sliding installation.

A diffuser board and four-leaf barn door are included. Optional accessories include a honeycomb grid, softbox and pole-operated yoke.

The diffuser provides broader, softer illumination, while the barn doors give operators physical control over where the light falls. The optional honeycomb provides additional spill control, and the optional softbox can be used where an even softer and broader source is required.

IEC 62471 photobiological safety

The MONET-700 has been tested and certified as Exempt – No Photobiological Hazard under IEC 62471:2008.
