The iFootage Shark Slider Nano II 860 is a motorised camera slider designed for precise, repeatable motion across video, time-lapse, stop-motion, macro and panoramic shooting. Its 24.9" / 63.3 cm usable travel combines with a built-in 360° pan axis to create controlled camera moves from a compact system. For more complex movement, the Nano II can integrate with select DJI RS gimbals. With the gimbal grip removed and the appropriate included adapter, compatible RS models can work alongside the slider for coordinated multi-axis movement.
Control is available through the built-in IPS touchscreen or mobile app, with multipoint programming allowing up to eight points to be configured with custom parameters. Intelligent facial and object tracking adds another option for productions where the subject moves within the frame. Built from aluminium alloy and carbon fibre, the Nano II 860 supports up to 5 kg / 11 lb horizontally and 2.5 kg vertically, providing a versatile motion-control platform for professional camera setups.

Motorised slide and 360° pan
The Nano II combines linear slider movement with a 360° pan axis. This allows more dynamic moves than a conventional single-axis slider while retaining repeatable motorised control. The redesigned track and motion-control algorithms are intended to improve stability, calibration and smoothness, including when working with telephoto and macro lenses where small movements can be particularly noticeable.
DJI RS multi-axis integration
The slider supports the DJI RS 2, RS 2 Pro, RS 3 Pro, RS 4 and RS 4 Pro with the gimbal grip removed. Using the included custom DJI RS adapter and magnetic cable enables coordinated communication between the slider and compatible stabiliser. Combining slider travel and pan with the gimbal's movement provides a broader range of multi-axis camera moves from one setup.
Multipoint movement
Using the app or IPS touchscreen, operators can define angles and create movements using up to eight points with individual parameters. This makes it possible to build repeatable sequences rather than manually recreating a camera move for every take.
Intelligent tracking
The Nano II incorporates facial and object recognition for intelligent tracking through the app. When combined with a compatible DJI gimbal, the system can provide 360° subject tracking. This can be particularly useful for live streams, meetings and productions where maintaining framing on a moving subject is important.

Touchscreen and app control
An integrated IPS touchscreen provides direct access to shooting modes, timing and speed settings. Mobile app control provides another way to configure and operate the slider without relying solely on physical controls.
Quiet brushless motors
The motor system is designed for quiet operation, helping reduce unwanted mechanical noise when recording interviews or other scenes where production sound is being captured close to the slider.
Flexible mounting
The supplied quick release plate includes 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting screws for attaching compatible cameras, heads and gimbals.
A 50mm quick release slot on the pan axis provides additional attachment flexibility, while 3/8"-16 mounting points allow the slider to interface with suitable tripods and support accessories. Mounting points on the bottom and side also provide options when configuring the Nano II for landscape or portrait-oriented setups.
PD 3.0 power
The USB-C power connection supports PD 3.0, and a 60W PD charger is included. This provides a mains-powered option for extended sessions such as long time-lapse sequences. The slider can also be powered using a Sony L-Series / NP-F external battery.
Power cutoff protection
If power is interrupted, the Nano II retains its position and settings. Once power is restored, the setup can be confirmed and resumed without having to configure the complete movement again.
The Nano II 860 brings several motion-control functions into one compact system. Rather than providing slider movement alone, it combines motorised travel, 360° pan, programmed key points, intelligent tracking and compatible DJI RS integration.
The 24.9" travel length provides useful movement while remaining relatively compact, and the choice of touchscreen or app control makes adjustments more accessible on set. Its five operating modes also mean the same slider can move between filmmaking, time-lapse, stop-motion, macro and panoramic work without requiring a separate motion-control system for each application.
