The iFootage QL-I Quick Leveler is designed to speed up tripod setup and ensure accurate horizon alignment. Mounted between your tripod and head, it provides a levelling bowl with smooth 360° panning, allowing you to fine-tune your camera position without adjusting tripod legs.
Built from aluminium for durability without unnecessary weight, it’s particularly suited to flat-base tripods such as the iFootage Gazelle series. A quick-locking lever secures your position instantly, while the integrated bubble level helps you maintain a perfectly balanced setup.
The QL-I sits between your tripod and head, converting a flat-base tripod into a levelling system. The bowl allows you to tilt and adjust the head independently of the legs, making it much quicker to achieve a level horizon. Once positioned, the locking lever clamps the bowl firmly in place. The 3/8"-16 screw provides standard mounting for most tripod heads, while the bubble level gives a clear visual reference during setup.
Levelling via tripod legs is slow and imprecise, especially on uneven terrain. The QL-I simplifies the process, letting you make quick micro-adjustments at the head instead. This saves time on set and helps maintain consistent framing across shots. Its flat-base compatibility makes it a practical upgrade for tripods that don’t have a built-in bowl system.
