The GODOX UL-BOX-3045 is a 30x450cm (1x1.5 ft) Rectangular Softbox, featuring an Umbrella-like quick-release opening mechanism. This enables it to be set up and broken down in seconds, and produces a soft, yet focused quality of light. As well as its two layers of diffusion, the GODOX UL-BOX Series can also be used with the included deflector plate, enabling it to be used like a collapsible beauty dish. It also comes with a honeycomb grid (also known as an egg-crate grid), which gives you access to a plethora of lighting styles with a single modifier. You can also attach the grid to further narrow the spread of light for additional control.

Customise Your Light

This versatile softbox can be used in a multitude of ways. Featuring an internal and external diffuser, you can use both diffusers for soft, even lighting, or one diffuser for soft lighting with added contrast and specularity. You can also add a honeycomb grid (available separately) for even more control over the spread of light. You can even purchase an edge mask (available separately), enabling you to produce unique rim-lighting effects around your subject, perfect for product photography.

Multiple Fittings Available

Designed out of the box to fit the wide range of Bowens S-Type Mount strobes and LED light fixtures, the Godox UL-Series Easy-Open umbrella softboxes can also be easily adapted to other light fittings, including Godox (with the SA-GD adapter ring), Profoto (with the SA-PF2 Adapter ring) and Broncolor (with the SA-BR2 adapter ring), giving you the flexibility to use the same softbox with multiple studio light systems.
