The E-Image LSB40 Baby Stand is a heavy-duty light stand designed for height, stability, and reliable support on challenging terrain. With a maximum working height of 413cm and an 8kg payload, it’s suited to holding lights, modifiers, and grip equipment securely in studio or on location.
A built-in levelling leg allows one leg to extend independently, making it easier to stabilise the stand on stairs, slopes, or uneven ground. Square legs and double leg struts add rigidity, helping reduce flex when working at full height.

The LSB40 uses a multi-section riser system with a T-shaped handle for secure height adjustments. The stand extends from a compact 120cm transport length to over 4 metres, allowing flexible positioning.
The 5/8" top stud supports a wide range of lighting heads, modifiers, and accessories. The square leg design improves torsional stability, while the double bracing helps maintain strength when fully extended. A key feature is the adjustable levelling leg, which can be extended and locked independently. This allows the stand to remain upright on uneven surfaces such as stairs, kerbs, or sloped ground—reducing the need for makeshift support.
