SwitCIMO-200S 196Wh USB-C OLED info Cine V-mount Battery

The CIMO-200S is a 196Wh cine-style V-mount battery designed for professional cameras, lighting and on-camera accessories that require high continuous power.

It provides a 14.4V nominal output with 196Wh / 13.6Ah capacity, delivering up to 200W / 16A continuously and 270W peak. This makes it suitable for high-draw cinema cameras and multi-device rigs where several accessories may be powered at the same time.

Alongside the V-mount connection, the battery provides two D-Tap ports, USB-A output and a USB-C port supporting up to 65W output and 60W charging input.

An integrated OLED screen displays remaining capacity, estimated run time, cycle count and battery health information, while a rear LED torch helps when fitting or checking equipment in dark production environments.

Who this is for

The CIMO-200S is designed for cinematographers, camera operators, production crews and rental environments requiring a high-capacity V-mount battery capable of supporting demanding camera systems and accessories.

Its combination of high-load output, multiple accessory connections and onboard battery information also makes it useful for larger shoulder rigs, cine cameras, monitors, wireless systems and other power-hungry production setups.

How it works / component breakdown

196Wh capacity

The CIMO-200S uses 16 ternary lithium cells to provide a nominal 14.4V output with 196Wh / 13.6Ah capacity.

The high energy density of the cell design allows substantial capacity in a relatively compact battery format and supports operation in low-temperature environments down to -20°C.

200W continuous high-load output

The battery supports at least 200W / 16A continuous output, even at low remaining charge levels, with peak output up to 270W.

This high-load capability is intended for demanding cine cameras and combinations of cameras, monitors, wireless systems and other powered accessories.

100W / 6A fast charging

The CIMO-200S supports 100W / 6A fast charging with compatible SWIT PC-P461S, MATRIX-S8 and S-3812S chargers.

With compatible charging equipment, the supplied figures state approximately 1.7 hours to reach 80% from empty and approximately 2.75 hours for a full charge.

OLED battery information

The integrated OLED screen provides useful battery information directly on the unit.

Displayed information includes:

• Remaining battery percentage

• Estimated remaining run time

• Battery cycle count

• Battery health level

Cycle and health information can be accessed by holding the power check button.

Dual D-Tap, USB-A and USB-C connectivity

The CIMO-200S provides several ways to power additional equipment directly from the battery.
