The PIXAPRO 35x120cm Arc Strip softbox is an easy to use modifier which is designed for use with studio strobe flashes, or with compatible COB LED lights. The Arc Strip softbox Stripboxes produce a narrow, yet soft beam of light, ideal for rim lighting your subject, or highlighting certain features that you would like to draw attention to. This softbox is perfect for Beauty, Portrait, Fashion, and product photography.
The 35x120cm Arc Strip softbox features a concaved curved front-panel, designed to produce more even lighting across the entire length of the strip softbox. It can be used as a traditional strip softbox to rim lighting your subject in a horizontal or vertical orientation. The Arc Strip softbox has the added bonus of being concaved at the front, which produces unique wrap-around lighting, filling in the shadows under the chin and producing unique wrap-around catchlights in the eyes of your subject when used as part of a clamshell set-up.
This softbox features an opening mechanism, like that of an umbrella, which enables it to be set-up and put-away quickly and easily in a few seconds up, making it ideal for use on location.
The 35x120cm Arc Strip softbox’s highly reflective interior maximises light-efficiency. It can be used with no-diffusers, to produce harsher, more specular lighting, great for accentuating details, your you can add one, or both layers of diffusion, for a softer, more natural look.
The Curved Strip Box has a frame featuring four strong high-quality rods, and a surface made from Hard-wearing Nylon material. It also features two layers of diffusion to ensure the light is evenly distributed across the softbox.
The 35x120cm Arc Strip softbox comes in its own carrying case for hassle-free storage and transportation. Great for use either on location or in the studio.
