Christmas Open Hours 2023-2024
Looking at putting an order in before the Christmas period? Make sure you're up to date with our Christmas opening hours so that you know when to expect your deliveries!
Please be aware that during our closed period, we will not have any staff available for Customer Support or Returns queries.
Delivery Notices
Thursday 14th December – Last day for International Orders to arrive before Christmas.
Monday 18th December – Last Day for Standard Delivery to arrive before Christmas.
Wednesday 20th December – Last Day for Next Working Day Delivery to arrive before Christmas.
Please order before 3pm on these deadline days for orders to leave us same day. If orders are placed after 3pm, we will not be able to guarantee that our couriers will collect these. Please see our Delivery page for more information on courier timeframes.
T&Cs
- We would recommend allowing at least 1-2 working days for next working day delivery in order to avoid disappointment during the busier Christmas period as couriers will be getting a large volume of packages in the network and may experience some delays.
- The above is a guideline only, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas, we can only guarantee dispatch from our warehouse to give it the best possible chance of arriving with you in time.
- Orders placed while we are closed (including Christmas Sale orders) will be dispatched according to the delivery option selected when we re-open in January.
- Next Day Delivery: *Orders must be placed before 3pm between Monday-Thursday to arrive Next Day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next day, and those placed on Fridays after 3pm or on Weekends will be dispatched on Monday.
Opening Hours
December 1st - December 20th - Open as Normal Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.
Thursday 21st December – Open 9:00am-1:00pm.
We will be closing for the Christmas period at 1pm on Thursday 21st. Orders must be placed before 12pm in order to be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 12pm on 21st December will not be dispatched until the New Year.
Friday 22nd December- Monday 2st January – CLOSED
Tuesday 2nd January – Open as Normal
Returns Information
Friday 15th December- Returns department closes. All returns not dispatched with a courier by this date must be held and sent back to us in the New Year, as otherwise parcels will bounce when delivered over the Christmas period as the office will not be open.
If your 28 day returns period runs out during this time, we will take this into consideration.
Tuesday 19th December- Finance department closes. Refunds not already issued by this date will be issued on our re-opening and should be received by 5th January.
T&Cs
- The returns department will be closed to accept packages from Monday 19th December. Returns already received will be processed and we aim to resolve these by the end of operations on the 21st December. Any refunds/return resolutions not received by then will be dealt with as a priority on our re-opening on the 2nd January. We are hoping to get through any backlog as quickly as possible. Please see our Returns page for our usual Returns Policy outside of holidays.
