What Vanguard ranges do you stock?
While we don't stock the full Vanguard range, we do stock a range of bags for different purposes and needs! This includes the:

With a selection of bags from each range, such as shoulder bags vs cross-body vs backpacks, as well as options in different L size capacities, you've got a wide selection to choose from.
What returns and warranty policies are on Vanguard products?
Vanguard products are subject to our standard 28-day return for unwanted items, meaning you have 28 days from receipt to return this to us in the same condition as this was received to yourself.
If your Vanguard bag has arrived with a fault or with damage, please note this must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt to be properly investigated.
We currently offer a 3 month warranty for Vanguard product purchases within EssentialPhoto & Video, which covers manufacturer faults. Our warranty does not cover customer damage or misuse of the product. You can find our warranty policy in full here which covers what kind of faults you can be covered for.
Please note that a number of Vanguard products that we list are available for Special Order only. This means that we currently do not hold stock of these, and that purchases of these items will be placed on back-order until the stock is requested in.
