What Warranty do I get on Photoolex Products?

When purchasing Photoolex products from EssentialPhoto & Video, you receive up to a standard 1-year warranty cover that covers manufacturer and electrical faults and defects. This does not cover damage or wear-and-tear.

Do you do repairs for Photoolex Products?

We're not currently an official repair centre for Photoolex products, but if you have a repair query, please feel free to submit this here at https://www.essentialphoto.co.uk/pages/repair

What Returns Policy is on Photoolex Products?

Our standard EP&V returns policy applies for Photoolex products bought from www.essentialphoto.co.uk, wherein you have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to request a return with our team. Once approved, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us for a full refund. 

Please note the item must be unused and returned with original packaging and contents to be eligible for the full refund.

How quickly can I get Photoolex Products delivered in the UK?

If you're ordering an in-stock Photoolex branded product to a Mainland UK address, you can get your order as quickly as next-day for in-stock products! Choose from the following delivery options for your order.
