FRIDAY 9TH JAN: CLOSED FOR SEVERE WEATHER

The EssentialPhoto & Video offices are closed today (Friday 9th January) due to the severe weather conditions as a result of Storm Goretti. 

Due to the severe snowstorm and the condition of the roads in and around the West Midlands, our team have made the difficult decision to close our offices and warehouse today. This means that we will not be available to:

• Dispatch orders
• Attend in-person customers and collections
• Answer emails or the telephone
• Operate LiveChat services

We are very grateful for your patience and understanding during this time. please be assured that our team will be returning on Monday and will respond to outstanding messages and dispatch orders. 

Please be aware that Next-Day orders placed after 3pm on Thursday 8th Jan, and during Friday 9th Jan will be expected to now dispatch on MONDAY 12TH JANUARY, with the earliest arrivals expected Tuesday 13th Jan.
