- Same zoom lens supplied
- Compatible with the same range of ML modifiers
- Same colour accuracy ratings of TLCI 96+ and CRI 96+
What's different between the ML150Bi and ML150RF?
The primary differences between the Godox ML150Bi and ML150RF are the CCT range, and the colour capability.
While the ML150Bi is bi-colour (meaning it can be adjusted from warm, orange tones of light, to cooler, whiter or blue light), it has a recorded CCT range of 2800K-6500K.
The ML150RF, which has a recorded CCT range of 1,800K-10,000K, is significantly wider and offers more adjustment options if you need more creative control over your lighting in-camera.

Colour Capability
While the ML150Bi is limited to bi-colour only, the ML150RF includes LED colour from the RGB spectrum.
But that's not all; The ML150RF is part of the new Godox PaletteLab collection, offering a much wider colour spectrum than just RGB and gives you full creative colour control to pick from the full visible spectrums of light!
But what does this mean?
By refining transitions from blue to cyan and from orange red to deep red, the new PaletteLab lights eliminate spectral gaps in the colour range previously limited by normal RGB lights, delivering exceptional spectrum continuity that translates directly into cleaner images, truer colours, and more lifelike results.
This means the ML150RF can reproduce colours and textures with greater realism, delivering professional LED lighting that closely matches natural daylight and what the eye sees on set.

Which One Should You Choose?
Choose the ML150Bi for dependable bi-colour lighting and most day-to-day shooting scenarios such as content creation, YouTube etc. Choose the ML150RF if you want a much larger colour range and greater creative flexibility, if you're planning to do creative video shoots, or want to shoot LED photography without the need for gels and attachments.
