The original Round-Head speedlite from Godox, the V1 has always been a popular speedlite option for photographers shooting all kinds of images from events to portraits, product, food, and much more. The V1 has a lot of the usual features of Godox's traditional head speedlites, with a similar output, features and controls. The round-head is the primary feature that sets it apart.
Why round-head? Round head speedlights offer a more natural, round fall-off of light than traditional rectangular head speedlights do, giving them a more flattering result on your image. Round-head lights from Godox also use a magnetic mount, making them compatible with a wide range of round-head modifiers that clip straight onto the light!

The V1Pro was announced as Godox began to release their newest, upgraded range of battery flashes, and has all the same features as the V1, but also includes a new bounce flash attachment on the front of the flash (removeable), and an improved battery and cooling system to allow it to fire more continuously.
The V100 is the newest of the three, released in early 2025, and is the most different of the three, standing as a major upgrade to the range. At 100ws, the V100 is the most powerful, and is also regarded as one of the most powerful speedlites on the market despite it's small size (most speedlites sit between 40-80w). It also has the bounce flash attachment like the V1Pro, but also has the addition of an improved touchscreen interface and full-colour display.
