Warranty and Repair Services

We do not deal in grey imports- all stock is official and you will receive a full UK Warranty with every purchase, so you can rely on us when something goes wrong! Our Warranty and Repair policies are also accommodating to Godox branded equipment and cover any purchases of Godox products through our website! 

With 2 Years warranty on everything from lighting to modifiers to accessories, covering manufacturer faults* and in-house repairs by our Godox trained engineer and technician experts if the products are repairable, you'll be covered with your Godox equipment as much as you would be with PiXAPRO equipment, and you'll have a UK base to return your kit to either via courier or in person for returns and repairs.

We also now offer the option to purchase an extra year's Extended Warranty for many of the lighting units we stock! The option will be shown in the listing for the unit if we offer it. Check out our blog on how this works here.
