The iZONEPAK Samos-12 is an affordable, easy-to-use and lightweight table-top sized Air-cushion machine (sometimes referred to as an Air Pillow machine, or Air Packaging Machine).

The iZONEPAK Samos-12 Air Cushion Packaging Machine enables you to create your own protective packaging as you need it, which will save you money in the long run, as you don’t have to purchase pre-made packaging which also takes up a lot of storage space. This machine simply blows air into air-pouches (which are available separately in rolls) to inflate the air-pockets in the pouches, to form air cushions for packaging, bubble wrap (depending on the type of rolls used).
Unlike most other machines of this type which take a few minutes, the iZONEPAK Samos-12 only takes a few seconds to heat-up ready for use.
The iZONEPAK Samos-12 features an easy-to-use interface, with a large digital screen, and a few buttons, which enable you to change various settings:
Simply insert your roll of air-pouches onto the spindle, feed it through the machine as directed in the user manual, then set the recommended Speed, Temperature and Airflow rate for your air-cushion pouches. Once is everything is set, the machine will then inflate the air-pockets in the roll, and then uses heat to seal the end, giving you perfect air-pillows which you can use to package and protect goods during transit or shipping.
