We are a UK based dealer, all items are in stock and ready to dispatch. Once the order has been placed, we aim to ship out your products within 24 hours. Providing the product is in stock, items will be shipped within 24hours of receiving cleared payment. For all orders placed before 2:30pm Monday to Friday, same day collection will be arranged. We ship our lighting kits by Interlink Express and Parcelforce. All can be tracked and can take 1-2 working days for delivery. We ship our lighting accessories by Royal Mail, which can take between 3-5 working days.
Get it fast service is also available, this includes next working day delivery service and Saturday delivery service. Next day service is only available Monday to Friday. If the order is received before 2:30pm it will be dispatched the same day, if any order is received after this time the order will be dispatched the next working day. Please do get contact with us for Saturday delivery as not all areas/locations have this service available, the cut off time for Saturday delivery is Friday 12pm this service will not be available after this time.

Please be aware that orders being sent to Offshore postcodes can take up to 3 working days to be delivered, especially when using Parcel Force. Please allow 72 hours after your item(s) have been dispatched from our UK Warehouse for delivery. To check if your postcode falls under our Offshore areas you can contact a member of our team

For all orders placed before 2:30pm Monday to Friday, same day collection will be arranged. It usually will be delivered in 2-5 working days. Your order will be delivered by UPS (by road). We do offer express delivery to Europe, it will arrived in 1-2 working days.

We now have shipping available to the US, Canada and Australia, all orders placed in these countries will automatically exclude UK TAX (VAT) of 20% on our website, this means you will not have to pay TAX on orders placed through our website.
All orders placed within these countries are classed as an export, this means that Import duty and shipping tax will have to be paid by the customer upon entering the designated country. When the order enters the designated country, the courier will get in contact to arrange import TAX payment, this will vary dependant on the location. A clearance and admin charge will be required for processing of your order.
For delivery to the US, Canada it will take between 1-3 days for delivery & 5-7 days to Australia, this may be delayed if import duty and shipping tax are not paid.
Please Note that all electrical equipment is only available with a UK, for any other plug/socket type an adapter will required.
Please be aware shipping to a private individual a social security number or TAX ID for a business will be required for the customs clearance.
Please be aware that some of our products are too large for our regular courier, this means that we will have to use an alternative courier in order to delivery your item at an additional shipping charge. This charge will be taken after purchase and will be required in order to send your item out. We will contact before dispatching your order.
