The iZONEPAK Samos-18 is an affordable, easy-to-use table-top sized Air-cushion machine (sometimes referred to as an Air Pillow machine, or Air Packaging Machine), designed to enable you to fill air-pillows quickly and easily. Also included in this kit is a twin set roll of each of four compatible Air-Cushions, to allow you to see which best suits your requirements for future usage. Samos-18 Air Cushion Packaging
Packaging On-Demand: Create your own protective packaging as you need it, which will save you money in the long run, as you don’t have to purchase pre-made packaging which also takes up a lot of storage space. This machine simply blows air into air-pouches to inflate the air-pockets in the pouches, to form air cushions for packaging.
No Waiting Around: Unlike most other machines of this type which take a few minutes, the iZONEPAK Samos-18 only takes a few seconds to heat-up ready for use.
User-Friendly Interface: The iZONEPAK Samos-18 features an easy-to-use interface, with a large digital screen, and a few buttons, which enable you to change various settings:
- Speed: Enables you to control the speed of the feed
- Temperature: Enables you to set the recommended temperature to properly seal the are pouches that you are using without burning them.
- Wind Speed: Enables you to control the air-flow rate required to properly inflate the air cushion rolls you are using.
How It works: Simply insert your roll of air-pouches onto the spindle, feed it through the machine as directed in the user manual, then set the recommended Speed, Temperature and Airflow rate for your air-cushion pouches. Once is everything is set, the machine will then inflate the air-pockets in the roll and then uses heat to seal the end.

Size: Each air cushion in this particular roll will offer dimensions of approximately 30x10cm.
Roll Length: Each roll features a total length of 500m, which allows you to produce approximately 5000 air cushions.
40x32cm Air Cushion (500m Roll)
Size: Each air cushion in this particular roll will offer dimensions of approximately 40x32cm.
Roll Length: Each roll features a total length of 500m, which allows you to produce approximately 1500 air cushions.
50x32cm Air Cushion (300m Roll)
Size: Each air cushion in this particular roll will offer dimensions of approximately 50x32cm.
Roll Length: Each roll features a total length of 300m, which allows you to produce approximately 900 air cushions.
40x30cm Air Cushion (300m Roll)
