The Godox FV200 is a Daylight-Balanced 200W continuous LED studio light, with LED Flash Functionality. The LED Flash function boosts the brightness of the LED chip by approximately four times (about 2-Stops), whilst adding the ability to freeze motion, making the FV series LED lights perfect for photographers who prefer to shoot with continuous lighting, but sometimes need a little extra light output from time to time. It is also great for videographers or cinematographers who occasionally want to use the lights for photography. It features a Bowens S-Type fitting, making it compatible with a wide range of lighting modifiers that are available on the market.
Flash and LED Combined
The FV200 LED Flash Light uses a 5600K daylight-balanced 200W COB (Chip on Board) LED chip, with a flash function that boosts the brightness of the LED by approximately four times. It also adds motion-freezing capabilities, making it great for photographing moving subjects.
Pixapro ONE System compatible
The FV200 LED Flash Light features a built-in 2.4GHz wireless receiver, compatible with any of the triggers available in the PIXAPRO ONE System. This enables the flash capabilities available to users of Canon, Nikon, Sony, Olympus, Panasonic, Fuji, and Pentax cameras.
Supports High-speed Sync
The FV200 Supports High-speed Sync (HSS) up to 1/8000 of a second, giving you the ability to kill any excess ambient light, so only the light from the FV200 itself influences your shot.
Impeccable Colour Accuracy.
The FV200 features a high CRI (Colour-Rendering Index) rating of ≥96 and a TLCI (Television Lighting Consistency Index) of ≥95. This ensures that the FV200 enables you to reproduce the colours in your scene accurately. This makes the FV200s suitable for Professional Broadcast use as well as for Film-Making and Commercial Cinematography.
Shoot at Virtually Any Framerate
The integrated COB LED chip is also Flicker-Free, meaning you can shoot virtually any framerate, or any shutter angle without fear of introducing flicker into your footage.
Easy-to-Use Interface
The FV200 LED Flash Light features a rear control panel, with an LCD screen, and an intuitive control dial interface. This enables you to control the brightness of the light steplessly, between 100% down to 00% brightness.
8 Built-In Lighting Effects
The FV200 LED Flash Light features 8 Built-in Lighting effect pre-sets, which simulate various lighting scenarios, including Lightning storms, TV, flashes, broken bulbs, etc. Perfect for adding mood and drama to your cinematography.
Bowens S-Type Mount
The FV200 uses the popular Bowens S-Type mount, making it compatible with a wide range of modifiers straight out of the box, which gives you the option to shape and modify the light to suit your needs. It can be used with a plethora of different modifiers, including, Softboxes, Beauty Dishes, Fresnel lenses, etc.
