This DMX 2.4GHz Wireless Transmitter and Receiver Set for ECHO600 is designed to be used with the ECHO600 LED lights. It plugs into the ECHO600 LED light, to enable the light to wirelessly receive signals from the ECHO600 Wireless DMX controller console, using the 2.4GHz frequency band. This device allows lighting directors and cinematographers to control a single, or multiple ECHO600 lights during Film, Television, and Theatrical productions.
This wireless DMX transceiver uses the 2.4GHz global open ISM frequency band, which is highly efficient and does not require a license to use, which helps keep production costs down.
FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum), is a method of transmitting radio signals first used by the US Military. It works by rapidly changing the carrier frequency among many distinct frequencies occupying a large spectral band. FHSS is an advanced and precise radio transmission method, that is difficult to interrupt, damage, or intercept. The two main advantages of FHSS are that it is super resistant to interference, and provides multi-point access.
