The PixaPro 30x140cm Strip Mask for Easy-Install Umbrella Softbox is a special type of softbox diffuser, which features a 10cm strip of translucent white diffusion material in the centre, and an opaque black fabric at the edges. It produces a super-thin strip of light, giving you more precise control over the light. Perfect for Product, Food and Beverage photographers. Where a super-thin strip of light is required. It can also be used for dramatic portrait photography.
It attaches to the front of your PixaPro 30x140cm umbrella softbox using a hook-and-loop fastening system, in place of your softbox’s front diffuser. Then position your product in the centre of the black mask (from your camera’s perspective). This enables you to achieve a thin-rim light that goes all around your subject to separate it from your background with a single light.
