The PIXAPRO GLOWPAD 112CB is a revolutionary Bi-Colour LED light with a CRI of ≥95, designed for both photographers and videographers alike. The GLOWPAD 112CB use edge-lit led technology, where the LEDs are mounted around the edge of the light, facing towards the centre of the panel. The light is then reflected outwards, producing a beautifully even diffused quality of light. The GLOWPAD 112CB mimics the effects of a softbox, but without the added bulk that a softbox can bring. The LEDs used in the GLOWPAD112CB are Flicker-Free, meaning you can shoot a virtually any framerate, or any shutter-angle your desire, without fear of introducing flicker.
The GLOWPAD 112CB has a high CRI rating of ≥95, allowing the Glowpad to reproduce colours accurately. Since it’s a Bi-Colour LED panel, you can adjust the colour temperature of your lights between 3200K (Tungsten) and 5600K (Daylight) to match the colour temperature of your shooting environment, with no loss-of-brightness throughout the range.
The GLOWPAD 112CB uses smart-passive cooling, which efficiently dissipates heat without the need for cooling fans. This makes the panel Noise-Free, which is great for situations where you need to simultaneously record clean audio during your shooting session.
The GLOWPAD 112CB’s hot-shoe mount features a tilt-head, enabling you to tilt your light forwards and backwards. The hot-shoe mount also features a standard 1/4inch screw thread, enabling you to mount the GLOWPAD to a regular light stand as well as your camera’s hot-shoe.
The GLOWPAD 112CB comes equipped with a Sony NP-F Series (L Series) battery plate, which enables you to power your GLOWPAD with a Sony NP-F Series or compatible rechargeable battery when you are away from mains power (Battery Sold Separately).
This kit comes with a flexible gooseneck-styled arm, with a clamp, allowing you to mount your Glowpad to desktop/table-top doorframe etc. and position your light in virtually any position you require.

Have used this item for just over a year now taking it to the darkest of envitmones in India to replicating moonlight from beyond a window at night it has been an excellent piece of kit to have in the bag! Variable light temperature allows you to mimic existing lighting situations combined with variable power the glow pad allows you to add just a touch amazing! Continous light what you see is what you get.
Trip to India!
On a recent trip to India rather than take a flash I decided to try the portable glow to be used where lighting conditions were expected to being poor. S a group we were lighting rooms within houses in small villages where no electric was accessible. Over a 2 week period the light was shared over 5 people all very happy with the results the glow pad gave! The ability to power down the light add warmth where required mimicking the time of day was a bonus, additionally on a full charge the battery lasted the whole holiday and on return is still going strong, in short if you are after a portable light and in our case off camera light weight durable with good battery and of course a fair price try this light!
