Spekular provides beautiful, even, bright light, made with four sections, providing 14.5 watts of light on each section – the high-powered light opens the opportunity for you to get creative -providing you with a variety of options, thanks to the reconfigurable design. A single kit of 4 panels can produce 6,000 Lumens of light leaving you without want. These lights are suitable for all industries and work will for either Video or Stills. Get Creating!!!

Edge lit Technology

The Spekular uses edge-lit led technology, the LEDs are mounted around the edge of the light, facing towards the centre of the panel. The light is then reflected outwards, producing a beautifully even diffused quality of light and mimics the effects of a softbox, but without the added bulk that a softbox can bring.

Transformable Light System

Spekular is the first transformable light, it can be turned into a ring, a strip, a panel and many other configurations. You can use a single kit for interviews, interiors, headshots, cinematic looks, glamour and more.

Creative Catchlights

Thanks to the unique Reconfigurable design of the Spekular you can really get creative. The variety of shapes that can be formed can produce a rang of distinctive and intriguing catchlights.

Daylight Balanced

Each section of the SPEKULAR is 30cm x4cm and is comparable with a mid-sized LED panel which collectively can produce light of approximately 1500 lumens per section in brightness. Great for representing natural daylight. In total you will have 6,000 Lumens of Brightness when using all 4 Sections.

Stepless Light Control

The brightness of the Spekular can be controlled steplessly from 100% to 10% via a control dial located at the back of the unit.

Flicker Free

The Spekulars are Flicker-Free allowing you to shoot at virtually any framerate, or any shutter-angle without fear of introducing flicker into your footage.

Impeccable Colour accuracy

The Spekular light features a Hight CRI and TLCI of 94 allowing your footage and images to reproduce colour accurately minimising the Postproduction work and saving you time.

Robust and Lightweight

Spekular is made from rugged aluminium and massive ABS plastic. It’s rugged and light. The four lighting sections only weigh 1.3 kg and can be packed away neatly in its own carry case.
