EssentialPhoto/PiXAPRO is moving to a larger and better location in the coming weeks in order to help offer the best service possible to all of our customers and to increase our range of products to better suit everyone’s needs. But in doing this, there will be a few delays to our company during this time. Please note, our company shall still be active during this period, so our customer service team and technical department will still be available to assist you with any enquires or issues you may have. Here are a few changes that will occur during the upcoming weeks.
Delay with Orders
As we begin moving to our new location, we are required to move our entire range of stock. This will happen on Thursday 3rd October and Friday 4th October. On these days, there will be expected delays with processing new orders. Due to this, any orders place on these days will be processed and shipped from our new warehouse on Monday 7th October. We will also be making only Standard Delivery available for orders from Thursday 3rd October until Monday 7th October.
Also, as we begin moving to our new location, our showroom at our Oldbury location will be closed from Thursday 3rd October. Once we have completed the move to our new location, we will have a larger showroom available which will allow us to display more of our range of items. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
