Everybody at PiXAPRO/EssentialPhoto is working hard to prepare for the upcoming holidays! Here are our closing and reopening dates for this festive period, including the latest days for deliveries and returns so you can be prepared over Christmas.
Our last day open this year will be Thursday 23rd December. From the 24th onwards, our offices will be fully closed, and will reopen on Tuesday 4th January. Any enquiries made after the 23rd will not be resolved until we return in the New Year.
If you have any urgent enquiries, please get in touch as soon as possible before the 23rd to allow time for our team to investigate for you in order to avoid delays with your case over the holidays.
Latest Delivery Dates
Below are the latest dates that you can order from us to receive your order before Christmas. We advise ordering before 3pm on these days to ensure the items will go out with the post the same day.
Last Day for UK Standard Delivery: Monday 20th December
Last Day for UK Express Delivery: Tuesday 21st December
Last Day for International Standard Delivery: Thursday 16th December
Last Day for International Express Delivery: Friday 17th December
The last day we will be able to sign for returns will be Tuesday 21st December.
From the 24th December to the 3rd January, there will be nobody on site to sign for packages, so if your return is not scheduled to arrive here by the 21st, this will be at your own risk and the item may end up being returned to you. If you would like to send any returns after this point, we therefore advise waiting until the New Year to dispatch them.
Any returns that aren't processed before the end of business on 23rd will be prioritised in the New Year when we are back in the office, so please be patient and mindful of delays during this time!
If, by January the 7th, you haven't heard from us regarding a return that was received at our centre before Christmas then please get in contact with the relevant details and we will look into this for you.
