Want to Stock Lighting Equipment on your Website? Here's how...

If you run a photography studio or online store that stocks photography equipment, and you use and recommend our stocked lighting kit on a regular basis, it may have crossed your mind to consider stocking our equipment to provide items directly to your clients and customers if they're looking to make a purchase. Luckily, at EssentialPhoto, we offer a wholesale purchasing program which allows you to purchase 5 or more of the same product at a discounted rate for trade orders! 

This can include everything from PiXAPRO kit to Godox, from flash to LED to modifiers and light stands! Here's how to enquire about wholesale discounts for your shop...

1. Put together your wishlist!

We will need a full list of which products you're interested in (with accompanying SKU codes found on the listings), plus the number of units you'd like to purchase for each item. 
We can only provide discounts for wholesale products with 5 or more units being purchased. 

2. Contact us!

Drop our team an email at info@essentialphoto.co.uk or call up on 0121 552 3113 to speak to our Customer Support and Finance teams. Just provide the aforementioned wishlist and we'll be able to calculate a price, and get back to you with a quote for the requested items. 

3. That's it! 

If we have the items in stock already, we will process your order for dispatch as soon as we have payment during working hours. 

If the items are out of stock or we don't have as many as requested, we will inform you of this when putting your quote together and give you an ETA for restock before you make your purchase. We will not process the order until we receive confirmation that you wish for us to proceed with your order. 

Anything else to note?

• Please be aware that the warranty on the purchased products will apply to YOU only. When these items are resold from yourself to a new owner, our warranty does not carry forward or transfer, and cannot be claimed on by the new owner. If you would like to offer your own warranty service for the products, this must be provided entirely by yourself or your company. 
• We also reserve the right to refuse or decline any requested wholesale order at our sole discretion.
• As the discount and quote are provided directly by the Finance Team, please be aware that website and external discount codes and offers cannot be applied to a wholesale order.
• Earned website rewards points can also not be redeemed towards a wholesale order.
